Shipment

We aim to process your order as quickly as possible.

Due to our online service being run by volunteers, it may take about a week for your order to be processed. We appreciate your patience.

To keep the postage low, all postage is made using Royal Mail, second class, without insurance.

If you would rather have an insured postage, please contact us before placing your order, for a postage quote.

Presently, we do not have the facility to send your orders on urgent or next day delivery.

All costs are subject to weight and size, which is calculated automatically.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk.

Returns and Refund

We will refund any damaged items. Please do not return any items without contacting us first. If you would like to return any items, you must pay the return postage yourself. After the safe receipt of your returned item, then we will be happy to refund the difference. We will not refund the delivery fee.

Yours statutory rights are not affected.

The orders are only to be made for UK addresses.
